Q: Are the measurements provided for the entire mold or each cavity?
A: The measurements provided are approximate for each cavity on the mold.
Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: We try to process all orders in 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday).
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We do not accept returns unless the wrong item is received because we cannot resell the mold due to sanitary reasons. Please contact us within 3 business days so we can instruct you on the next steps to receive the correct mold. On the rare occasion we allow a return, a return authorization number must be obtained and a 20% restock fee will be assessed prior to the refund.
Q. What is the difference between the hard candy and chocolate mold choice?
A. Chocolate molds are clear and designed to be used with lower temperature mediums like chocolate, soap, gumpaste, etc. Hard Candy molds are white and designed to be used with higher temperature mediums like hard candy, crayons, etc. These are not oven or microwave safe.
Q. How do I use the mold for hard candy?
A. Make your sugar mixture and boil to the desired temperature. Let cool slightly (no bubbles) then pour into the mold that has been prepared with a mold release (like PAM). Once cool, pop out and trim any excess off. Once the mold is completely cooled off, you can use again for the next pour.
